Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?

Generally, an order will take 8-12 days from the time it is received to shipping.

If for some reason an order will take longer, you will receive emails with updates.

How do I care for my essentials?

Washing in cold water and hanging to dry always extends the life of any textile. BUT, keep in mind that all products have been washed twice in hot water and gone through two dryer cycles, so they are pre shrunk and pretty sturdy.

You can wash them warm and throw them in the dryer with no problem.  All products, if left out in the sun for an extended period of time, will fade.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you can prove to me that an item was shipped damaged then I will gladly exchange it for another. Items may NOT be returned for a refund.

Can you guarantee my item will look like the photos?

Absolutely not! I have control over the process up until the point the ice hits the dye.

Then it becomes a magical, mystifying feat of the bond between the ice and the dye. Just like a fisherman casting his net. He has control over the cast and the construction of the net but has no idea how many fish he will catch.

Where are the blanks made?

Totes & Napkins = India. Tea Towels = Pakistan.

What does the future hold?

A slow, steady expansion of the HDHG line. New products, one by one. So, STAY TUNED!
